Canon IXUS 75

My old camera has long been a pain in the arse. Slow to turn on, short battery life (maybe 5 shots or so!), takes forever to take a picture, and even worse if you want to use the flash. I'd been talking up getting a replacement for a while. I'd done the research, I knew pretty much what I wanted, I just didn't have the cash at the time to follow through with a purchase.

Bolstered with good feedback on previous recommendations, I now own the Canon IXUS 75, and its very pretty. I haven't had a chance to take many pictures with it, but so far it addresses all the gripes I had with the old camera. Its got bucket-loads of extra features too. I'm going to have to start dumping shots into the gallery.

Watch out, this may yet turn into a photo blog...

Stop making me want to go get my camera now…

Was this the one you originally wanted, or the other one which you found when you couldn’t get that one yet?

This is the one I originally wanted :)

You know, I’ve already told you where you can pick up your camera. Its only a credit card away… :P

… You suck. Didn’t I tell you to stop me from using my Credit Card if you saw me about to use it?

Yes, perhaps you did. What’s your point? :P
